Produced by guitarist Jade Puget, Silver Bleeds the Black Sun channels the spirits of Bauhaus, Siouxsie and the Banshees, and Echo & the Bunnymen while pushing AFI’s signature drama and elegance into new territory. Davey Havok’s vocals shift from baritone croons to urgent wails, weaving through shimmering guitars, brooding synths, and cavernous rhythms. Lyrically, the album explores spiritual tension, disillusionment, and the search for beauty in a fractured world.
